Nobody can go to heaven by killing people: PM
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said, The attack on Zafar Iqbal
is unheard of. He was brought to Dhaka for treatment. His condition is a lot
better now. Those who cause these incidents have become fanatic. The attackers
want to kill the common man and get to heaven. But they are not heavenly, they
will burn in hell fire. Because no one can go to heaven by killing people.
There is no place for militancy in the country.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said this at a function
organized at the Osmani Memorial Auditorium in the capital on Sunday to give
donations to the scientists and researchers.
The Prime Minister said, our children should be kept away
from drugs, terrorism and militancy. Children have to know what they are doing.
In addition to teachers, parents also need to be more careful about children.
Be more tolerant. We said that no militancy will prevail in the country. Everyone
should be aware of this.
During this time, he said that around 1600 students received
education through monthly Bangabandhu Trust. We donate grants to about 1800
families of the victims of the Ekushey Aug grenade attack every month.
He said Bangladesh is going forward and it will go further
ahead, adding that Bangladesh will have to reach the sky in the sky. That's why
the satellite launch project has been taken. It will be launched next month. We
are moving ahead in time.
He also said that every upazila will be made a government
school and college in the district. There will be no government colleges in the
upazila, district. But the condition is that teachers of that institution can
not go from there to another.
In the Osmani Memorial Auditorium, the program was chaired
by the Minister of Science and Technology, Architect Yeafesh Osman. Secretary
of the Ministry Anwar Hossain delivered the welcome speech. The Parliamentary
Standing Committee on the Ministry of Science and Technology said. Ruhul Haque
spoke on the occasion as special guest.
