20-point proposal with FourG

In the current year, the government has taken initiative to introduce the Fourier services in Bangladesh. The Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) has announced the launch of this service through auction process in March. However, the Bangladesh Mobilephone Consumer Association has given 20 suggestions before the launch of this service. The proposal was presented at a press conference held at Nirmalasen auditorium at Topkhana Road on Tuesday, "Anarchy-telecommunication in telecommunication and technology sector and closure of some obstacles in the FourG sector".

Mohiuddin Ahmed, president of the press conference written in the press conference said, there is no system to measure the speed of the internet at present. However, the speed of the broadband internet speed is calculated by measuring minimum 5 Mbps 3G speed of 3G. According to the UK-based technology, Open Signals, the average speed of the world's mobile technology is 16.6 Mbps. 6.13 in India, 9.14 in Sri Lanka and Thailand, 46.64 and 45.85 Mbps respectively in Singapore and South Korea. Besides, 42 MBps in Norway and Hungary

He said that in present 180 countries of the world are in the forege, but Bangladesh is new in this case. The current government has decided to launch the first phase in the country, setting the minimum speed of the internet to 20 Mbps. But the speed needed for this speed is in the hands of operators? The band currently has the capacity of 36.4 MHz of Robi, 32 MHz of Grameenphone, 20 MHz of Banglalink. The proposed speed requires 60 MHz wave.

Mohiuddin Ahmed said different waves were used for 2G and 3G service in our country. As a result the wave is not neutral, it is not possible to turn the current with the current wave. In the meantime, BTRC has called for sale of 900, 1,800 and 2,101 mhz of the wave. There are also 7 hundred brand waves and non-use. We are giving below some of our suggestions to launch the fourth-generation technology to protect customers' rights-
