Shahjalal arrested with huge foreign currency
Customs detectives detained two passengers including a large amount of foreign currency while passing out at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport. Initially they deny the issue of carrying currency. However, due to inconsistency in specific confidential reports and their conversations, they came in search of Shahjalal customs and recovered 60,000 worth of Saudi Riyal from Saudi Arabia and 421 Malaysian rings and another 68,000 worth of Saudi Riyal and 135 worth Malaysian ribbons were recovered from the other. .
After extensive interrogation and many dramaticities, these coins were recovered from them at 1pm. The price of these coins in Bangladeshi money is around 27.87 thousand 639. These coins were specially hidden within their body (sack).
